At Women in Manufacturing's Education Foundation (WiMEF), we are working to close the gender gap, increase the number of women in leadership roles, and inspire the next generation of women in manufacturing. Our mission is to build a skilled, diverse, and resilient manufacturing workforce where women achieve, lead, and succeed.

We provide women with valuable connections, access to career pathways, and best-in-class programming at all stages of their manufacturing careers. Each year, the WiM Education Foundation delivers high-impact programming to more than 8,000 women working in manufacturing. Beyond career-building programs, these are strategic investments into the future of manufacturing. We are building the talent pipeline that our industry urgently needs.careers.
