Management Development Program
The Fall cohort begins October 16, 2025. Enrollment opens July 25, 2025.
The Management Development Program provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers, and team leaders with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success. The program is an interactive series of live, virtual workshops and includes a DiSC assessment, mentorship, and peer networking.
Each 90-minute workshop, led by an expert facilitator, encourages active participation, idea sharing and peer interaction. You'll have ample opportunities to ask questions, collaborate with colleagues and create actionable plans for applying your new skills at work.
