Management Development Program

The Management Development Program provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers, and team leaders with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success.  The program is an interactive series of live, virtual workshops and includes a DiSC assessment, one-on-one coaching, and peer networking.

Each 90-minute workshop, led by an expert facilitator, encourages active participation, idea sharing and peer interaction. You'll have ample opportunities to ask questions, collaborate with colleagues and create actionable plans for applying your new skills at work.

This program is intended for women, women-identifying individuals, and non-binary and gender-nonconforming people making the move from individual contributor to team leader. 

NEW FOR FALL 2024: More than 85% of senior-level women working in manufacturing identify mentorship as having the biggest impact on their professional success. With that in mind, we are now making mentorship available for women going through the next cohort of MDP. Previous MDP Graduates are invited to serve as mentors for the upcoming cohort of MDP. Mentors and mentees will meet 6 times over the course of 12 weeks beginning at the graduation ceremony. Mentors and mentees will be guided by a playbook including helpful tips, sample conversation starters, and questions guaranteed to lead to productive conversations. Click here for more information!
