Women in Production
February cohort enrollment begins December 16th.
The Women in Production program is a 20-week course to support the professional development of production, production support, and shop floor employees. Employees in production settings often have tremendous insight into the culture, products and processes that manufacturing companies need to innovate. By developing these women into leaders, we can improve the industry overall and inspire other women to explore careers in manufacturing.
The next session begins February 13, 2025! Early Bird Registration will begin December 16, 2024.
NEW! 50% discount available for women who live or work in the following Northwest Ohio counties: Allen, Auglaize, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Huron, Lucas, Marion, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood or Wyandot.
