2025 Program Schedule
The WiM Education Foundation Virtual Learning Series are monthly webinars that enable participants to learn about a variety of industry-related topics from the convenience of their home or office. Held the second Tuesday of each month, each webinar includes action-oriented and solution-driven objectives that will help participants succeed in the manufacturing sector. The Empowering Women in Production program is a 20-week course geared for the leadership development of women working in production, production support, and shop floor roles. Employees in production settings often have tremendous insight into the culture, products, and processes that manufacturing companies need to understand to innovate. By developing these women into leaders, we can improve the industry overall and inspire other women to explore careers in manufacturing. The program includes learn-at-your-own-pace expert-led video coursework, a StrengthsFinder skills assessment, one-on-one coaching, and facilitated peer networking. Learn More HERE!


The Management Development Program provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers, and team leaders with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success. Some of the topics covered include: Fundamentals of Leadership and Management, Effective Business Communications, Objective-setting and Delegation, Negotiation, and Building a Powerful Network, among others. The program is an interactive series of live, virtual workshops and includes a DiSC assessment, one-on-one coaching, and peer networking.  Learn More HERE!

Leadership Institute is an executive education program which concentrates on issues pertinent to women leaders working in male-dominated fields. The 5-month program is offered in partnership with Case Western Reserve University where participants learn from world-class professors and coaches, participate in ESCI 360 evaluation, build strong relationships with peers, and develop core executive leadership skills. This is a hybrid program with virtual engagement as well as an in-person workshop in Cleveland, Ohio. Learn More HERE!

The WiM Education Foundation (WiMEF) Virtual Career Fair attracts talent from across the nation who are looking to join companies that value diversity, equity, and inclusion. This event provides a streamlined and cost effective process for employers and job seekers to connect one-on-one from across the country in a convenient, virtual platform.Employers can preview candidate resumes, schedule chats, and conduct interviews, all while highlighting their company's job opportunities, workplace culture, and employee benefits with a customizable booth.
