More about Laura Wilde
Laura Wilde is the Vice President, Quality for Ultra Maritime. She joined the company in October 2023 where she is responsible for the quality function globally, overseeing the creation and enhancement of best-in-class processes across Quality Management and Compliance.
Laura brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of Quality and Compliance. Throughout her career, she served as the Senior Director of Quality & Mission Assurance for Aerojet Rocketdyn (an L3Harris Technologies Company), and as the Director of Quality for STANLEY Engineered Fastening. Laura’s career spans several other key quality management positions, which have collectively contributed to her extensive knowledge and skills in the industry.
Laura is an active member of Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation where she serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary.
She has two adult daughters and a husband of 24 years. Laura is an avid reader and world traveler.
