I am a values-driven HR professional with a passion for creating systems that help enhance the employee experience. I have spent 10 years in HR for both union and non-union high speed manufacturing organizations, preferring the "boots-on-the-ground" life. I believe that the workplace is a place for joy and that there should be an overlap between "getting things done at work" and "having fun at work." I spend my days developing and coaching others to reach their goals and it makes me excited to go to the office every morning!
