Professional Bio
Bethany started her career in manufacturing in January 2021 as a Quality Engineer Co-Op at Trane Technologies in La Crosse, WI. During her co-op, Bethany became familiar with the requirements of ASME BPVC Section VIII, improved her data skills through impactful projects, and controlled Customer Product Quality Reviews for 2 key customers.
Bethany currently works as a Quality Engineer at Boeing supporting the fabrication shops in St. Louis, MO. Since day one, she has interacted with senior-level leadership, leading projects directly impacting compliance and data readiness. She currently serves as the Fabrication Quality liaison for the BDS Total Quality Zero Defect strategy team.
Bethany hopes to continue her education to gain a Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering Management, and/or Systems Engineering.
Bethany is an E.I.T. in the state of Missouri, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified ,and holds an OSHA 10-Hour Certification.
