Professional Bio
In 2019, I began my manufacturing career at Boeing ESRC. During a layoff from 2020 to 2021, I contributed to the Covid-19 response by assembling and testing ventilators at Ventec. Following that role, I joined Symetrix, specializing in high-end multi-channel audio equipment production and testing.
Returning to Boeing, I joined the Emergent Electrical Products shop at ESRC, crafting replacement parts and intricate wire bundles for various aircraft components. This dynamic role challenges me daily, necessitating precision and adaptability.
As a temporary team lead, I fostered relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineers, supply chain, records management, managers, janitors, and tooling experts, recognizing the value of a supportive and knowledgeable network. I embrace questions, view failure as a pathway to improvement, and continuously seek lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality in our operations.
