As the Account Executive managing current accounts and new business development at PUNCH INDUSTRY USA INC., I am responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing American market share for PUNCH INDUSTRY's mold and die components. Previously, I worked in a variety of industries as a sales professional, trainer and consultant in which I utilized my knowledge of Japanese language, business and culture. I have over 20 years-experience working for Japanese-owned companies and 3 years living experience in Japan.
