Crystal Simon

For the past 10 years, while working full time in manufacturing, I have been going to school for a bachelor's degree. In August 2020, I completed my bachelor's in business with an emphasis in quality. I hope to find a company that will help me grow and learn new things. I am really passionate about making processes better. If you think you have the best, I think we can do better. I find that most of the time people just don't take the time to figure out why things are the way they are. I am organized, self driven, and innovative. I have a lot to offer and now I'm just looking for the chance to prove it
