WiM Corporate Professional
Professional Bio
I am an Applications Engineer at Pridgeon & Clay, Inc., where I have excelled in various roles over the past decade. In my current position, I collaborate with customer engineering teams to develop innovative, manufacturing-ready products that drive success. My ability to bridge design and production has led to the successful execution of multi-million-dollar projects and process improvements that benefit both my company and its customers.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Product Design from Michigan Technological University (2008) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2010). My educational background and industry experience have shaped my expertise in problem-solving, project management, and fostering strong partnerships.
Beyond my career, I am passionate about supporting women in manufacturing. I co-founded the Western Michigan chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WiM) to create a strong network for women and allies in the industry. My leadership earned me a position on the National Association Board of WiM, where I serve as Vice Chair, and will service as Chair in FY2025!
Outside of work, I volunteer at local schools to promote STEM education and mentor future industry leaders. I enjoy continuous learning, exploring emerging technologies, and spending time with family and friends. Whether baking, gardening, event planning, or traveling, I embrace new experiences with enthusiasm.
My commitment to engineering, education, and advocacy drives me to make a lasting impact in my industry and community.
