Denise Chludzinski is an award-winning recruiter with over 17 years of experience in Recruiting for Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
Denise assists companies with growing their world-class teams by providing hiring authorities with access to her extensive talent network obtained over many years in the industry and attendance at countless tradeshows and industry-specific events.
She is a part of Miller Resource Group, which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. Their office focuses on talent advisory and recruiting in both food and beverage manufacturing and industrial technology.
She has spoken to many groups at Industry specific events like North American Meat Institute’s Workforce and Safety Conference; International Production & Processing Expo, Urner Barry Conferences, Shelf Stable Processing Association, Food Executive Women and MRINetwork United events. She has also been participated in podcasts including one she records at the end of March for Food Processing magazine’s Food For Thought podcast.
She is a mother of two and actively involved in a local Non for Profits, like Batavia Mother’s Club, Fox Valley Food For Health, and her children’s Parent Teacher Organizations. She believes it is necessary to help others in order to be the best version of yourself.
