I have been a recruiter since 2007. I also work as an HR Business Partner at BAE Systems, where I've worked since 2014 - initially at our shipyard in Jacksonville, FL and remotely since 2018 - primarily hiring engineers in MN, MI, KY, PA, VA, CA and AL. I'm Secretary for the Florida Chapter of Women in Manufacturing.
