Jordan Gallimore

With over 5 years of experience in human resources and public relations, I am a Personnel Function Support (PFS) at Michelin, one of the leading retread manufacturers in North America. I assist associates with any personnel functions, from onboarding to benefits, and ensure they have a work environment where they thrive to produce and maintain quality products for our consumers. I also hold a grant writing certification from Randolph Community College, which enables me to secure funding and resources for Michelin's projects and initiatives.

I am passionate about the retread industry, which saves 219,000 barrels of oil per year and is an affordable alternative for many fleet-owned vehicles, such as the United States Postal Service and trucking companies. I enjoy building and maintaining community relationships and attending community functions to promote Michelin's brand and vision. I am a driving force of energy, determined to be an influencer and a leader, and always seeking new and creative ways to support the purpose and growth of my employer. I am confident in my skills and value, and I am always willing to learn and collaborate with others.
