After graduating in 1992, I went to work for my family's business. I have been in almost every position Motors and Controls has to offer from delivery driver to CEO. I have been part of the leadership team since 2006 and been running the company since 2017. My core focus has been team development, finance and compliance. I believe that stewardship is integral to good leadership. My team is the core of our success.
