Liz Voskuhl

Liz has more than 13 years of public accounting experience providing audit and accounting services to clients in both the public and private sectors and across several industries including industrial products; specialty chemicals; consumer products; retail; and mining and metals. Liz has extensive experience with a variety of accounting, auditing, and SEC technical matters including Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 implementation and compliance; mergers and acquisitions; SEC reporting; revenue recognition; acquisitions and dispositions; restructuring; and accounting for income taxes.

She has experience serving complex multinational companies. Having lived abroad, she had developed the international experience required to bring teams together. She is able to properly coordinate audit, assurance and tax services; including the execution of audit areas involving significant estimates and judgment, such as accounting standard adoption; goodwill; long-lived asset impairments; amongst others. Liz also has SEC reporting experience that includes assisting clients and communicating with underwriters in debt and equity secondary filings accounting for over $1 billion of capital raised in SEC registrations in the last five years. Liz is known for successfully executing auditor transitions by bringing a tailored and collaborative audit approach to her clients and quickly identifying the issues and risks that matter most.
