MELISSA Rus

Melissa Rus has 30 years of experience at Garland in the development of building envelope products and systems and holds various patents. As Vice President at Garland Industries, Rus leads the company’s product development, supply chain, environmental health and safety, and quality control teams. Melissa also assists subsidiaries during and after acquisition and acts as a resource in areas of supply chain, manufacturing, and product development. She has helped maintain Garland’s role as a leader in the industry by redefining product performance expectations and continually exceeding the needs of customers. Rus is actively involved in numerous trade associations such as ASTM, CRRC and RCMA.
