Hello, I'm Nina Ligons, a dedicated leader with over a decade of experience in driving operational excellence and transformative change in the manufacturing industry. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified expert, I've spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives at Nestlé, achieving multimillion-euro savings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Currently, I serve as the Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Nestlé Health Science USA. In this role, I lead performance improvement strategies that significantly boost operational efficiency and productivity. My journey in manufacturing has been defined by a passion for Lean and Agile methodologies, supply chain optimization, and strategic project management.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Averett University and am excited about furthering my education in industrial and systems engineering. My goal is to combine my extensive practical experience with advanced theoretical knowledge to solve complex problems and drive innovation in our industry.
