Manufacturing Consultant and Plastics Application Development Manager, I leverage my 30+ years of experience in plastics materials, tooling development, injection molding, and manufacturing to help customers with their plastics needs and challenges. I work with a team of experts who provide design solutions, material selection, new tooling development, and injection molding problem-solving. I strive to identify the most sustainable manufacturing solution at the lowest cost while meeting the quality expectations for my clients.

My mission is to transform how products are produced and manufactured using innovative technologies and processes. Previously, I was a Technical Fellow and a Director at Otter Products, where I led and managed cross-functional teams globally to design and develop new products, investigate and qualify new technologies, and develop new suppliers. I have also contributed to multiple patents in the field of portable computing device antennas. I am passionate about plastics engineering manufacturing, sustainability, and quality management, and I am always eager to learn and share my knowledge.
