Manufacturing Manager for the Polymer, Braid Development & Manufacturing Facility (PDBMF) Building at Medtronic North Haven. Includes nine manufacturing areas, including a Chemical Plant (Monomer and Polymer production), Monofilament Spinning, Multifilament Spinning, Annealing, Buttress Annealing, Buttress Extrusion, Veriset Production, Braiding, a Packaging Operation. Responsible for a manufacturing plant of approximately 150 direct employees.
Also an author with three published novels, two novellas, and more on the way.
A ten year veteran of the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. I have experience ranging from engineering management to operations, leading a department of up to 85 Sailors. I have expertise in management, maintenance, scheduling, force protection (security) and engineering.
I am a qualified Engineering Officer of the Watch, Officer of the Deck, Tactical Action Officer, and Surface Warfare Officer.
