Stacy Schneider

With a diverse background in Human Resources, I’ve had the privilege of performing both specialist and generalist work covering a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including conventional HR services, such as benefits and payroll administration; investigations into Title VII allegations and workforce misconduct; conceptualizing and developing workforce policies and procedures; and managing the seemingly never-ending needs of an organization’s human capital.

Outside of this conventional portfolio, though, I’ve also had the privilege of supporting other functions within my organization, including EHS, Security, Operations Management and even IT. Whether these specialized support functions were interim roles or simply evolving responsibilities, I have always viewed these changes as opportunities to escape the sometimes insular existence of a Human Resource professional and further my understanding of the business and the people behind the business that I support.

Collectively, these experiences and opportunities have provided me with some achievements that I believe underscore my passion for the field and highlight my focus on creating a better workforce experience.
