Working in hospitality for the first 15 years of my career, relationship building and a strong work ethic are at the core of Tiffany's professional strengths. She's worn many professional hats throughout her career—sales, marketing, event planning, public relations, public speaking, etc.—and she is known with those she works with for being resourceful, big picture thinking, and Getting Stuff Done #GSD
Tiffany's full-time role is working as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Morales Group. Their Morales Group Staffing division is known for embracing diverse talent, with a mission of building better futures, one story at a time. The Acción Performance division offers supply chain solutions focused on leveraging diverse talent to solve problems that keep the supply chain moving and our economy growing.
Tiffany is charged with helping the team leverage their Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification to develop new business opportunities through supplier diversity programs and work on high-level strategic relationship building opportunities and growth strategies.
